Tempus customers should be aware of changes to our contract with Loomis Express [formerly DHL Express] Minimum charges for regular ground shipments now apply to only the first five pounds rather than ten pounds in previous contracts. Charges for "over dimension" or "non-packaged" freight which were previously Ten dollars per shipment will now be charged at a rate of Four dollars per PIECE where applicable
